Causa

Conflito de DLL

Solução

-Reinstale o sistema UltraSNGPC

-Atualize o SNGPC

-Reinstale somente o DAO (c:\UltraSNGPCSetup\DAO\Setup.exe)

-Reinstale o BDE

-Acessar o Painel de Controle e procurar por "BDE Administrator" e configure o DLL32 para IDDA3532.DLL (por padrão o nome dessa DLL é IDDA032.DLL):

-Desinstalar o Delphi se tiver
